1. Short but Regular Exercise

Do not despair if you can not set aside 10 hours per week to train in the gym or jogging every morning. The most important fact is the commitment to exercise. You just practice in the gym twice a week for 20 minutes each session or jog three times a week. Not a heavy duty right?

2. Focus

If losing weight is your plan, then strive to realize your dreams. Do not give up in difficult situations. Focus on what you dream all these years and make it a top priority in your life. It did not take long to lose weight. As long as you focus to do it, less than three months you must already feel significant results.

3. Combine Exercise

When performing weight-loss program, you usually focus on cardio then followed by lifting weights. Behind this practice by lifting weights first, then do cardio. The result will be better than what is usually done.

If the heart rate was too low, a sign you have not tried hard. Likewise if your heart rate is too high (close to maximum heart rate), it means you are too hard to practice that may cause you fatigue too early. Therefore, you should continue to monitor heart rate during exercise to target your intended goes according to plan.

6. Invite a Friend

Seek support for you. Aid in question is the encouragement of those around. Invite your spouse or friend to exercise that activity is becoming more and more exciting. But not too much talking during exercise to forget the main purpose of their meeting, namely exercises.
