1. Hungry 

Hunger makes people lack energy in the body, so it can affect the concentration. In order for the brain to stay focused, in the morning, do not skip breakfast. Eat foods rich in protein but you should avoid carbohydrates because it can make you drowsy at work. Prepare healthy snacks for the stomach if you feel hungry before the lunch hour, or late afternoon. 

2. Social Networking Sites 
Psychologist Lucy Jo Palladino, PhD, said that social media makes a person very easily connect with friends, so they forget about work. Opening the social networking sites like Facebook or Twitter allow workers to delay their work. Try to avoid opening the social networking sites while at work. If you really need to open it, open during recess so as not to interfere with work. 

3. Cell phone 
Mobile phones are also one of the tools that can interfere with work. Especially this time the phone is equipped with increasingly sophisticated chat features like Black Berry Messenger (BBM). Without realizing it, you can spend time just by playing with cell phones and delay the work. 

4. Doing The Work Together 
Research shows, doing the work at once will take longer than doing it one by one. This is because the focus and attention is divided. Although there are some people able to do well, but not always multitasking can run well. To that end, make a list of jobs, ranging from important to less important, and complete the tasks one by one. 

5. Bored and Tired
